The Antioch Predators are excited to announce that early bird registration has now opened for the 2025-2026 IKWF wrestling season! Registration for the entire season will cost $225. This covers the cost of practice from November until March and includes a USA Wrestling card (a $60 value!), a team t-shirt, dinner and an award at our end of the season banquet. Registration for additional siblings will be reduced to $175.  Team gear (singlet and warm-ups) will be available at an additional cost.

Registration Instructions

To register for the 2025/26 Wrestling season, each wrestler will need to:

1. Complete the Antioch Predators registration form and pay the registration fee located here:  REGISTER NOW.  Once the form is submitted and payment is received, you will have access to the Antioch Predators WrestlingIQ webpage and phone App. We use WrestlingIQ, a team sports management app exclusively for wrestling clubs, to communicate with parents, schedule events and process payments during the season.

Practice Schedule

We anticipate that practices will begin on November 3rd and will once again be held at Antioch Community High School. Practice times and dates will be dependent upon numbers of each age and experience group. However, we expect that our White group (wrestlers born 2017-2021 and some beginner wrestlers) will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays while all others in our Red and Black groups (born 2011-2016) will practice on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some optional practices may be held on Fridays.  This is all still to be determined however and will be updated accordingly.

• 11/03/2025 – Practice Begins
• 12/01/2025 – Competition start date (first day clubs are allowed to sanction events)
• 12/14/2025 – Wilbur Borrero Classic (McKay Center, Lakes High School)
• 2/28 or 3/1/2026 – IKWF Regionals (TBD)
• 3/7/2026 – IKWF Sectionals (TBD)
• 3/13/ 2026 and 3/14/2026 – IKWF State Championships, Peoria Civic Center

Coaching

• You will be provided with the Coaching Application Form.

1. Background Screening
   • Required every other season.
   • Note: Coaches and under 18 years old are not required to complete a background screening.
2. SafeSport Certification
   • Must be completed every season as required by federal law.
3. Purchase a Wrestling Leader Membership
   • This must be renewed every year.
4. Complete the National Coaches Education Program (NCEP) Certification
   • At minimum must have Copper level certification.
5. Club Approval
   • Once all requirements are met, receive approval from your club to be placed on the IKWF coaching roster.

Junior Predators (Tot and Bantams born 2016 and later) will practice 2 days a week and registration will be discounted to $175. Registration for additional sibilings will be reduced to $125.  Team gear (singlet and warm-ups) will be available at an additional cost.
